
February 13, 2007: Professor Gai received
a three-year renewal of his grant from the
US Department of Energy (Nuclear Physics/Office
of Science) ($486,000).
October 17, 2005: Professor Gai
received a continuation of his grant at Yale University from the
Yale-Weizmann collaboration program of the American
Committee for Weizmann for a development
of a low background readout of a Dark Matter Detector ($46,000).
April 30, 2006: Tristan J. Kading is
awarded the "Richard Montgomery Award for Achievement in
Mathematics" and the "University of Connecticut, Alumni Association,
Southeastern Connecticut
Chapter, Coastal Studies
Scholarship".
